A multi-line company serving 125 on-premise & remote IT users needed to better understand where IT resources are utilized & how they are performing.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A mid-market company serving multiple markets needed to better understand how well their IT service desk was supporting approximately 125 on-premise & remote technology users.

While seemingly simple on the surface the company struggled to better understand where their IT resources were being used & which internal customers were consuming a majority of their support resources.

Additionally, they needed to better understand & track their internal IT customer satisfaction.

Our Approach

Our team approached clients needs by assessing IT support and satisfaction survey systems to determine what data was available, how it could be accessed, manipulated & visualized in order to meet project requirements.

Results

King Innovative created an interactive intelligence dashboard that blends historical data from the clients help desk software & data generated from previous customer satisfaction surveys.  The result allows leadership to gain insight into where their IT resources are focused, utilized & correlate to user satisfaction. Additionally, management is able to click into charts to gain detail ranging from individual users, technicians, service category or request priority.
