A vehicle manufacturer sought to enhance their customer experience by calling customers within 3 hours of receiving their online request to schedule a demo.
This objective posed unique challenges because request data collected on the website was provided to the Customer Care Center in an unstructured format.
Additionally, customer care was unable to process and ingest unstructured customer and request data into their call campaign management system.
