The marketing department for a manufacturer of business-to-business products sought to deepen their customer relationships beyond the single point of contact.

They were successful in engaging their primary point of contact’s alternate contact, as directed by the POC’s out-of-office instructions.

Marketing needed a way to easily transform information from roughly 10k out-of-office replies received each month, into actionable intel.

Our Approach

Our team approached Marketing’s objective by reviewing a sampling of customer replies to determine the feasibility of creating an automated process to isolate replies with appropriate contact information.

Results

King innovative created an automated solution, capable of high volumes, to monitor marketing’s mail store for specific communications, transform appropriate unstructured contact information into structured data which can be easily filtered, sorted and acted upon by the marketing communications team.
